In 2018, Black Girl Voiceover World started as a way to connect black women of color with paid voice-over job opportunities. Since then, we've been serving the voice-over community by helping creative entrepreneurs find their natural voice. In 2019, our collective auditions welcomed over 600 engagements worldwide, helping women of color book paid voice over jobs, and gain voice-over agency representation. Our mission has since expanded to teaching creative entrepreneurs how to build a successful voice-over business.
The Black Girl Voiceover World podcast is a SOVAS "Best Podcast" Voice Arts Award nominated podcast discussing voiceover from the African American perspective. Hosted by Black Girl Voiceover World founder and CEO, Tiffany J. Copeland, episodes feature guest interviews with voice over actors, entertainment professionals and influential entrepreneurs.
